Scott and Kristie are fantastic trainers and, more important, they are genuine and fun people to know. Kristie taught my twins to swim and they always beg to return to her pool. They love her! She has a wonderful way with children (and adults too). She gets them to learn, swim and have fun.
Scott has been training me for 4 months now. I enjoy the workouts and I feel great about the gift that I am giving myself every time that I go there. My body feels better and I have gone down two sizes so far!! Scott has so much experience as a trainer that I really feel comfortable with his training regime. He really understands the human body, and I have learned so much about my body since I've been working out at High Desert Oasis.
